2800 miles and counting...

Well I made it to Denver yesterday morning around 2am.. it was a hellish drive through Wyoming because basically the whole state is under construction. So far, I've driven through Arizona, California, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado. I'll be here in Denver until Wednesday and then off to the giant metropolis that is Ogallala, Nebraska. I'll be in the OG for at least 5 days and will be tattooing about 20 people!

I started a big back piece tattoo on Luke yesterday and am so sad that half of it is still in the outline stage. However, I will have time to crank the rest out before I head home to Phoenix on the 11th or 12th. Phew!!

It's been a great trip so far but I really miss my kitties back home in Phoenix. Also, it is worth noting, that I have not smoked a single cig in 8 months! I thought I would be tempted on this trip to smoke (especially with so many long hours in the car) but I haven't really even had any cravings!

My mom and I had dinner last night with some old family friends and it was so great to relax, laugh, and go through all sorts of memories from when we grew up together in Arvada, CO.
